The NcStar AQDBS1B is a no-nonsense single-point bungee sling made for folks who want their carbine close at hand and ready to run. It pairs a 1.5-inch wide nylon strap with a stretchy elastic bungee section, so the weight of your rifle is cushioned instead of dead-hanging on your shoulder. That bungee is what makes single-point setups so easy to live with during longer range days or when you're moving around a lot.
Single-point slings shine when you need full range of motion. Let go of the rifle and it drops straight down against your body, staying out of the way while you draw a sidearm, open a door, or reset for the next stage. The bungee cord absorbs the bounce so the muzzle isn't smacking your knees every time you jog or crouch. It's a practical carry style for AR-platform builds, PCCs, and other modern sporting rifles that have a single-point mounting ring at the rear of the receiver.
Attachment runs through a steel QD push-button swivel, which lets you clip the sling on and pull it off without tools. That's handy when you swap the sling between rifles or want to store the gun without the strap dangling. The loop adjusts anywhere from 46 to 64 inches, so it works whether you're wearing a t-shirt at the range or layered up in a jacket. Just make sure your rifle has a QD socket that plays nice with the swivel before you count on it.
The general read from people who run this sling is that the build quality and stitching hold up better than you'd expect at this price point. It's a straightforward, durable piece of kit that does exactly one job and does it without drama. If you want a simple, comfortable single-point setup without overthinking it, the AQDBS1B is an easy call.
It's designed for modern sporting rifles that use a single-point mounting ring or QD socket at the rear of the receiver. Before relying on it, check that your rifle's QD socket matches the push-button swivel. Some end-plate style single-point docks fit better than others, so a quick test-fit is worth it.
The elastic shock-cord stretches and rebounds as you move, absorbing the bounce of the rifle instead of letting it slam against your body. That means less shoulder fatigue on longer days and less muzzle bounce when you're moving around. It's the main reason people pick a bungee-style single point over a plain strap.
The loop adjusts anywhere from 46 to 64 inches, which covers most body sizes and clothing setups. You can dial it shorter for a snug high-and-tight carry or let it out to run over a jacket or gear. Adjustment is quick and doesn't require any tools.
Yes, the steel QD push-button swivel pops on and off with a press of the button, no tools needed. That makes it simple to move the sling between rifles or take it off for storage and cleaning.
