Two integral anti-rotation QD sling sockets are built right in, so you can run a sling without eating up an M-LOK slot.

Midwest uses a patented 4140 heat treated torque plate along with a 4140 heat treated barrel nut, and the whole thing goes together with the included wrench and a torque wrench. The design is meant for standard forged upper receivers and works with direct impingement gas systems. Builders consistently praise how solid and rock-steady the rail sits once torqued down, with no wobble or play at the receiver. A dab of thread locker on the torque plate screws is a smart move for a lifetime of worry-free use.
