Description
The Magpul Hunter 110 takes a proven aftermarket platform and builds it specifically for lefties running a Savage short action. Instead of settling for a stiff factory stock that never quite fits, you get a reinforced polymer shell wrapped around a Type III hard-anodized A380 cast aluminum V-bedding block. That bedding block is the heart of the whole thing. It supports the receiver consistently shot after shot and free floats compatible Savage factory barrel profiles up to Medium Palma and Savage Varmint contours, which is a big part of why this stock tends to tighten up groups without any custom gunsmithing.
What the Hunter 110 Adds to a Left-Hand Savage
Fit is where this stock earns its keep. The comb height adjusts to line your eye up behind the scope, and length of pull runs from 13 inches with no spacers out to 15 inches using up to four half-inch spacers. That range covers heavy winter layers and short-sleeve range days alike. Eight M-LOK slots along the forend let you bolt on a bipod, sling hardware, or whatever else your setup calls for, and the buttstock includes QD sling cup points plus footman's loops on both sides.
Drop-In Fit and Magazine Feeding
This is a true drop-in job. The bedding block requires no additional bedding or custom inletting, so most folks have it swapped over in a matter of minutes. The Hunter 110 also ships with Magpul's Bolt Action Magazine Well, converting your rifle to run AICS-pattern detachable box magazines. That means easy-to-find, affordable mags instead of hunting down pricey factory short-action units.
Fit Notes Before You Order
This stock is built for 3rd generation Savage short action Series 10/110 centerfire rifles with center-feed magazine compatibility and 4.40-inch action screw spacing, meaning H-prefix and 2006-or-later production. It does not fit Savage Axis rifles. It's set up for left-hand actions and finished in Flat Dark Earth, and like all Magpul gear, it's made in the USA.
