The Magpul EHG RG9 is a stripped grip frame purpose-built for the Ruger RXM full-size pistol. It's designed to accept Ruger's Fire Control Insert (FCI) so you can quickly convert your RXM into a larger duty or match pistol without replacing internal components.
Magpul engineered this grip with a 3/4-scale Trapezoidal Surface Projection (TSP) texture covering the front strap, back strap, side panels, and forward index pads. That texture is aggressive enough to keep your grip solid even in wet conditions, but it won't shred your hand during extended range days. The undercut trigger guard lets you grip higher for better recoil control, and the flared magazine well makes reloads quicker and more instinctive.
This frame comes with the magazine release, release spring, slide-lock spring, and takedown pin spring already installed. A universal rail on the dust cover lets you mount lights or lasers, and the magazine release scallop gives you easy access without unnecessary bulk. The grip weighs under three ounces and includes a bobbed tail heel to keep printing minimal if you carry. It's made from injection-molded polymer and manufactured in the USA by Magpul.
The EHG RG9 works with most Gen3 aftermarket parts including magazine releases, slide stops, and holsters designed for Glock-pattern guns. It functions with Magpul GL9 PMAGs and OEM Glock 9mm magazines, so you have flexibility with what you run through it.
No, this is the full-size version only. It's designed for RXM pistols built on the full-size frame. Magpul makes separate compact and sub-compact models with different dimensions and magazine well sizing.
The EHG RG9 full-size frame accepts Ruger's Fire Control Insert (FCI). The FCI is a modular component that houses the trigger mechanism and can be swapped between different Magpul EHG grip frames. You'll keep the same FCI and swap grips if you want to change sizes.
