This Mark XIX in .44 Magnum wears the White Tiger treatment from Magnum Research's custom Tiger Stripe series, a finish built by alternating matte and high polish stripes across the stainless steel slide, frame, and barrel. In person it looks even better than in photos, and it draws a crowd at the range every single time. Underneath the flash is the same gas-operated, rotating bolt action that made the Desert Eagle famous, a system that soaks up recoil in a way no straight blowback big-bore ever could.
The 6 inch barrel comes with an integral muzzle brake, and combined with the pistol's roughly 4 pound, 7 ounce heft, .44 Magnum out of this platform is far more manageable than most people expect. The single action trigger breaks at around four pounds, and the polygonal rifling with a 1:18 twist helps this gun stack rounds tight at distance. Fixed combat-style sights ride an 8.5 inch sight radius, and the full-length Picatinny style rail on top of the barrel makes mounting a red dot or pistol scope simple, which is exactly how a lot of owners run these for handgun hunting and silhouette work.
You get an 8+1 capacity, ambidextrous safeties, a serrated slide, and an overall length of 10.75 inches. The frame rail up front gives you room for a light or laser if that suits your setup. Every Desert Eagle in this series is made in the USA, and fit and finish on the Tiger Stripe guns comes out of the custom shop side of the house, so expect the details to be dialed in.

Yes. The barrel has a full-length Picatinny style rail running from the chamber to just behind the front sight, which handles red dots and pistol scopes well. One thing worth knowing is that the rail slot spacing works with single-slot mounts, so dual-slot mounts may not fit. There is also a rail on the frame for a light or laser.
The White Tiger finish comes from Magnum Research's custom Tiger Stripe series and is created by alternating matte and high polish stripes across the stainless slide, frame, and barrel. It sits alongside the Black Tiger Stripe and Gold Titanium models as one of the factory custom looks. Mechanically it is the same proven Mark XIX underneath.
The gas system runs best with full power .44 Magnum loads using jacketed bullets. Light target loads or bare lead bullets can cause cycling issues and lead fouling in the gas ports, so stick with quality jacketed magnum ammunition. Feed it right and the Mark XIX runs reliably and shoots very accurately.
