Yes. The UpLULA functions as both a loader and unloader. The bottom of the tool includes an unloader feature that lets you quickly remove rounds from magazines when needed. This is especially handy for high-capacity magazines where hand unloading becomes tedious.
You can load approximately one round per second with the UpLULA, which is roughly three times faster than typical thumb loading. On a practical level, that means loading a full 30-round magazine takes about 30 seconds instead of a minute or more. The real benefit shows up when you're loading multiple magazines or running high-round-count training sessions where hand fatigue becomes a problem.
