Yes, this magazine is designed specifically for full-size 1911 Government models. Most Government-length (5.0 inch) and Commander-length (4.25 inch) 1911 pistols will accept this magazine. The full-size grip measurements are 3.0625 inches center-to-center between grip screws, which is the standard for Government models.
