The Lee Classic Turret Press is one of the most trusted ways to step up from single-stage loading without jumping to a full progressive. The steel and cast iron frame gives it real heft on the bench, and the auto-indexing turret rotates to the next station as you work the handle, so each pull of the lever moves you one step closer to a finished round. Loading rates in excess of 250 rounds per hour are realistic once you find your rhythm, which makes it a favorite for pistol shooters who burn through a lot of brass.
This is the deluxe version, so it ships ready to work with the Auto-Drum powder measure and powder measure riser, both the large and small Safety Prime for on-press priming, and a Lee Safety powder scale to verify your charges. A full case conditioning kit handles brass prep, including the cutter and lock stud, chamfer tool, large and small primer pocket cleaners, and a tube of Lee case sizing lube. The instant-change 4-hole turret is the heart of the setup, letting you swap calibers by lifting out one turret and dropping in another with your dies already dialed in.

The nearly 4 inches of ram clearance lets the auto-index work with most rifle calibers, and for longer cartridges you can deactivate the auto-index and batch load them the old-school way. If you plan to throw powder for rifle rounds on the press, Lee recommends adding their Short or Long Charging Die depending on the cartridge.
Rounding things out is the Modern Reloading Second Edition manual, revised with load data covering 167 cartridges and more than 28,000 loads, which doubles as a reference you'll keep reaching for. Pair this kit with a set of Lee dies and your components and you've got everything you need to start turning out consistent ammo.
