The whole point of the HUB standard is flexibility, and this little piece of titanium is what makes it happen on your 5.56 rifle. The Lantac ADC DT adapter threads into the back of any 1.375×24 HUB-compatible suppressor and converts it to a direct thread mount for standard 1/2×28 barrels. That covers just about every AR-15 muzzle out there, so if your can came set up for some other mounting system, this is the simple fix that gets it running on your favorite carbine.
Lantac machines this version from Grade 6 titanium, which is where it separates itself from the pack. Titanium shaves real weight off the front of the gun compared to steel adapters, and every ounce out at the muzzle matters more than the same ounce anywhere else on the rifle. Direct thread mounting also keeps things dead simple. There are no locking collars, timing shims, or proprietary muzzle devices to fuss with, just clean threads and solid metal-to-metal contact. The design also leaves room for a longer muzzle device under the can than some competing HUB adapters allow, which is handy if you run a flash hider or brake as a thread protector when shooting unsuppressed. Finished in black with a QPQ treatment and made in the USA, it is a clean, durable piece that does its job and stays out of the way. Weight, plain and simple. Lantac builds this adapter in both 17-4 stainless and Grade 6 titanium, and the titanium version trims ounces where they matter most, right out at the muzzle. If you are already running a heavier suppressor or just want the most nimble setup possible, titanium is the way to go.
One of the nicer features of Lantac's Adaptable Core design is that it accommodates a longer muzzle device beneath the suppressor than many competing HUB adapters. That gives you more freedom to keep a flash hider or brake on the barrel when the can comes off. As always, check clearances with your specific device and suppressor combination.
