Description
There is nothing else on the wall that runs like a Vector. Instead of a bolt slamming straight back at your shoulder, the KRISS Super V system sends the bolt down and rearward into the frame, and the bore sits lower than just about any other carbine out there. The result is a .45 ACP that stays surprisingly flat when you pick up the pace, with big-bore thump going downrange instead of into your cheek weld. The 16-inch barrel wrings extra velocity out of standard 230 grain loads and comes threaded 578×28 for your favorite muzzle device.
What Gen 3 Changed on the Vector CRB
The third generation is a genuine upgrade, not a sticker refresh. KRISS reworked the upper and lower housings, cleaned up the trigger with shorter take up, made the mag release reversible, reshaped the bolt lock, and shortened the non-reciprocating charging handle. The lower now accepts standard AR pattern pistol grips, so you can swap in whatever fits your hand, and the new barrel shroud carries M-LOK slots for a light, hand stop, or sling mount. The telescoping stock also folds now, which makes this odd-shaped carbine a whole lot easier to case up and carry.
Ironwood Delta Camo, an RSR Exclusive
This version wears the Ironwood Delta finish, a factory Cerakote pattern built from angular black lines cutting through rust brown, forest green, and sage tones. The splintered geometry suits the Vector's sharp profile, and you will not see this one on every bench at the range since it ships exclusively through RSR Group.
Feeding the Vector CRB Gen 3
This model ships with one 10-round Glock 21 pattern magazine and feeds from full-size Glock .45 ACP mags, so spares are affordable and everywhere. If you want more on tap later, KRISS MagEx extension kits stretch capacity considerably. Low profile flip-up sights come installed, and the full-length top rail is ready for a red dot the day you bring it home.

Frequently Asked Questions
What magazines does the KRISS Vector CRB Gen 3 in .45 ACP use?
It feeds from full-size Glock 21 pattern .45 ACP magazines, and this model ships with one 10-round mag. Factory Glock mags and quality aftermarket versions run well in it, so spares are easy to find. Down the road, KRISS MagEx extension kits can boost capacity well beyond the standard mag.
Is the barrel threaded, and what is the thread pitch?
Yes, the 16-inch barrel comes threaded in the standard .45 ACP pitch of 578×28. That makes it simple to add a muzzle brake, flash hider, or suppressor without any adapters.
What makes the Ironwood Delta finish different from other Vector camo options?
Ironwood Delta is a factory-applied Cerakote pattern that mixes angular black lines with rust brown, forest green, and sage tones, named after the natural coloring of ironwood. It is distributed exclusively through RSR Group, so it is a harder find than the standard black or other Delta camo variants.
How is the Gen 3 Vector CRB different from the Gen 2?
Gen 3 brought a long list of refinements: an improved trigger with shorter take up, a reversible magazine release, a shortened charging handle, a reshaped bolt lock, and a stock that now folds as well as telescopes. The lower also accepts standard AR pattern pistol grips, and the new barrel shroud adds M-LOK slots for accessories. Same Super V recoil system underneath, just a more refined package around it.
