Description
There is nothing else on the market that runs like a Vector, and this one wears the best looking finish KRISS has put out yet. The Vector SDP G3 in .45 ACP takes the platform's signature Super V recoil mitigation system, a delayed blowback design that sends bolt energy down and back instead of straight into your hands, and wraps it in a factory Arctic Delta Cerakote pattern. Angular shapes in snow white, pale gray, and slate give it a clean, icy look that photographs great and breaks up the outline in winter terrain. Combine that recoil system with one of the lowest bore axes of any firearm out there and you get a big bore pistol that stays remarkably flat through fast strings of fire.
What Gen 3 Brings to the Vector SDP
The third generation housings are a real step forward for this platform. KRISS reworked both the upper and lower for better hand support and comfort, added an M-LOK handguard for lights and accessories, and made the pistol grip interchangeable with standard AR15 grips so you can set it up your way. The magazine release is ambidextrous and reversible, disassembly is a simple four pin, tool free affair, and a full length top Picatinny rail handles optics while the included low profile flip up sights cover you as backups.
Feeding the .45 ACP Vector G3
Magazines are the easy part. The SDP feeds from full size Glock 21 pattern mags, which are affordable, proven, and available just about everywhere. This model ships with one 10 round magazine for 10+1 capacity on board.
Built for the Long Haul
The 5.5 inch barrel is 4140 chrome moly with a black nitride finish, threaded .578×28 at the muzzle so adding a suppressor or muzzle device is straightforward. At 5.6 pounds with a 15.35 inch overall length, the SDP is the lightest, handiest member of the Vector family, and the rear Picatinny mount leaves room for a brace or accessory setup down the road. If you have been waiting for the right Vector, the Arctic Delta G3 is a strong place to land.

Frequently Asked Questions
What magazines does the KRISS Vector SDP G3 in .45 ACP use?
It feeds from full size Glock 21 pattern magazines, so factory Glock mags and quality aftermarket options all work. This model ships with one 10 round magazine from the factory. Since Glock 21 mags are so common, spares are easy to find and reasonably priced.
Is the Vector SDP G3 suppressor ready?
Yes. The 5.5 inch black nitride barrel comes threaded .578×28 RH, which is the standard thread pitch for most .45 caliber suppressors and muzzle devices. The closed bolt delayed blowback action also tends to run cleaner and quieter suppressed than a typical straight blowback gun.
What is different about the Gen 3 Vector compared to earlier versions?
KRISS redesigned both the upper and lower housings on Gen 3 for better ergonomics and hand support. You also get an M-LOK handguard in place of the old side and bottom rails, an interchangeable AR15 style pistol grip, an ambidextrous reversible mag release, and simple four pin tool free disassembly. It is the most customizable Vector to date.
Does the Super V system really reduce recoil in .45 ACP?
It makes a noticeable difference. The system uses a small bolt carrier connected to a low mass slider that redirects recoil energy downward, counteracting muzzle rise. Paired with a bore axis that sits in line with your second knuckle, the Vector shoots flatter than you would expect from a .45.
