This Stainless Target version pairs a matte KimPro Granite stainless frame with a Coyote PVD polished barrel, and the look turns heads at the range before you ever fire a shot. Underneath the finish work is a serious match pistol: a 5-inch fluted, ramped bull barrel with 5R rifling, a 1:10 twist, and a recessed target crown, feeding from a sub-frame that Kimber shaped specifically for consistent magazine fit and smooth cycling.
The flat-faced GT match trigger breaks between 3 and 4 pounds, and it is the kind of trigger that makes tight groups feel almost unfair. The stainless slide wears custom 2K11 serrations and lightening cuts that trim reciprocating mass, and it runs an external extractor for dependable ejection through long range sessions. Up top you get a TAG FiberLok 2 red fiber optic front paired with an adjustable rear built into the optic cover plate, and when you are ready to mount a dot, the slide is milled for optics with a C&H Precision RMR adapter plate included. Yes, the slide is milled for red dots and ships with a C&H Precision RMR adapter plate right in the box. If you shoot irons, the included cover plate has a built-in adjustable rear sight paired with the fiber optic front.
It runs on double-stack 2011-pattern magazines and has been confirmed to work with Staccato mags, and owners report good results with Prodigy mags as well.
