Sorbothane is a viscoelastic material that flows under load and springs right back, which means it dampens the shock of each shot and returns to shape for the next one. At roughly 3/4 inch thick, this pad adds a bit of shoulder contact and length of pull while keeping a slim, purpose-built profile.
