IWI didn't just slap a new label on the Masada Slim when they developed the Elite. They went back to the drawing board based on actual user feedback and made tangible improvements across the board. The result is a compact, striker-fired 9mm that punches well above its weight class in terms of features, ergonomics, and reliability. The all-new grip module is one of the first things you'll notice. It features a noticeably more aggressive texture, a high undercut at the trigger guard for a solid, high-grip purchase, a flared magazine well for fast reloads, and interchangeable small, medium, and large backstraps so the gun actually fits your hand rather than making you adjust to it. The Picatinny-style accessory rail on the dust cover means you can run a compact light like the Streamlight TLR-7/8 Sub without any adapters.
The slide is milled with an RMSc Shield footprint, which opens the door to a solid selection of micro red dots including the Holosun EPS Carry, 507K X2, and Sig Romeo Zero, among others. The factory irons are a white dot front and blacked-out rear setup that deliver a clean lower-third co-witness with most RMSc-sized optics. The button-rifled barrel features a lengthened feed ramp compared to the original Slim, which improves feeding reliability across a wider variety of ammunition types. Twist rate is 1:10 right-hand.

The frame-mounted Picatinny-style rail is directly compatible with the Streamlight TLR-7/8 Sub using a 1913a mount. IWI specifically designed the rail around this light, so fitment is confirmed out of the box without any adapter plates or modification.
