GBRS Group built the IFAS pouch around one simple idea: when things go sideways, your medical gear needs to be exactly where you left it and easy to get to. This Woodland version keeps the same low-profile footprint that made the platform popular, pairing a laser-cut Squadron laminate body with a Tweave stretch pocket that holds your kit snug but still opens up fast under stress. It is a pouch only, so you can build it out with your own IFAK contents or drop in a dedicated Phokus medical insert.

The standout here is how much it swallows for how small it looks. The main body runs 7.25 by 4.5 inches, but the Tweave pocket stretches to accommodate different loadouts, so gauze, chest seals, gloves, and even a pair of shears tuck away without turning the whole thing into a brick on your belt. That stretch also means you are not locked into one fixed layout, which is handy if your kit evolves over time.

What Sets the IFAS Pouch Apart

Up top sits a 4-inch integrated tourniquet sleeve made from heavy poly woven elastic. It grips a CAT, SOF-T, or most other common tourniquets firmly, keeping your single most important piece of gear collocated and ready for a one-handed pull. The elastic is generous enough to handle wider TQs too, so you are not stuck with just one brand.

Mounting the Woodland IFAS

An adjustable side-release buckle handles retention and lets you snug the pouch down to your setup, whether you run it on MOLLE, a war belt, plate carrier, or a pack. It rides slim and tight to the body, which folks who spend time getting in and out of vehicles tend to appreciate. Built in the USA and Berry Compliant, it tips the scale at just 2.6 ounces, so you barely notice it until you need it.
