Yes. The receiver comes drilled and tapped from the factory, and it accepts Henry's BB-RSM scope mount. That makes it easy to run a red dot for fast handling in the brush or a low power scope for stretching the .45 Colt a bit further, all without permanent modification.
This model gives you two options. You can feed rounds through the side loading gate to top off the magazine quickly, or pull the inner magazine tube and drop cartridges in from the front. Unloading is easiest through the tube, so you never have to cycle live rounds through the action just to empty the gun.
