Instead of the usual post-and-notch three-dot arrangement, this set uses a single-point alignment: the rear sight has a delta, or triangle, that you match up with a V-groove machined into the front blade. Touch the tip of the rear delta to the bottom of the front V and you're aligned and ready to press the trigger.
