The GSG FireFly has an interesting origin. German Sport Guns originally manufactured the SIG Sauer Mosquito, and when SIG moved away from that model, GSG developed the FireFly as their own take on the same DNA. What you end up with is a full-size, hammer-fired pistol that handles, looks, and operates a lot like a metal-framed duty gun, but in affordable, low-recoil .22 LR. The frame is zinc alloy with a polymer overmold in pink, and the black serrated slide is also zinc alloy.
