The slide comes cut for red dots using FN's low-profile optics mounting system, which covers most of the popular footprints out there, from RMR and Holosun patterns to the DeltaPoint Pro. Suppressor-height tritium night sights ride in steel dovetails and co-witness through most micro red dots, so you get a usable sight picture day or night whether you run glass or not. Front and rear slide serrations plus protective sight wings give you plenty of purchase for racking, even with an optic and can mounted.
Full-power 10mm can get away from you fast on a poorly designed grip, and FN clearly knew it. Yes, the 4.71-inch barrel is threaded .578×28, which is the common standard for 10mm and .45 caliber pistol suppressors. Just make sure your suppressor has the matching piston or booster assembly. The suppressor-height tritium sights are tall enough to see over most cans, too.

At 32 ounces with a full-size grip, multiple texture zones, and interchangeable backstraps, it was designed from the ground up around the 10mm cartridge rather than adapted from a 9mm. Most people find it noticeably more controllable than lighter 10mm pistols, especially with hot woods-carry loads.
