Installation is straightforward. Your P320's fire control unit and slide integrate into the Raider X the same way they would into a standard grip module, but once installed, you're working with an entirely different weapon. The reinforced single-gate mold construction delivers a stronger frame with fewer weak points than traditional designs. Everything from the grip texture to the flared magwell has been refined for faster, more intuitive operation—whether you're running drills at the range or deploying from a bag or vehicle.
The dual mag release system deserves its reputation. Apply half pressure to drop your spare magazine from the forward carrier, or full pressure to release both mags at once. The ambidextrous safety sits naturally within reach of your thumb, and the side-charging handle option makes slide manipulation effortless even when the gun is fully enclosed in the frame. Four points of contact—grip, brace, spare mag, and sling mount—give you stability and control that handguns simply can't match, translating to faster follow-up shots and better accuracy under pressure.
The Raider X works across the full P320 family including M17 and M18 pistols in 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 Sig. The picatinny rail system is fully compatible with modern optics, lights, and accessories. If you're running a suppressors-ready setup, the enlarged suppressor cutout handles short barrels without interference. The improved magwell design means faster reloads without sacrificing reliability.
No. Since the P320 uses a modular fire control unit design, you only need your existing P320 slide and FCU. The Raider X simply replaces your grip module. Installation takes just a few minutes by inserting your FCU and sliding your slide onto the rails.
The Raider X comes with a built-in trigger block safety and is not compatible with M17/M18 manual safeties without frame modification. You can easily remove the manual safety from your FCU and replace it with an OEM pin if needed.
The Raider X works with 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 Sig P320 variants. It is not compatible with P320 XTEN or .45 ACP variants. For compact or subcompact P320 slides, you'll need a compensator, threaded barrel, or suppressor to ensure safe operation.
Absolutely. The Raider X features full top and bottom picatinny rails for optics, lights, and lasers. Standard 1913 picatinny accessories mount directly. The top rail accommodates all modern red dot optics, and the bottom rail accepts standard pistol-mounted lights.
