Getting a repeatable cheek weld is one of those small things that makes a big difference in how you shoot, and the FAB Defense GL-CORE CP is built around exactly that. It starts with the proven GL-CORE stock body and adds a three-position adjustable cheek rest, so you can raise your line of sight to match taller optics and holographic sights. The whole thing is molded from fiberglass reinforced polymer composite, which keeps it tough without piling on weight. It tips the scale right around 14 ounces, so you get durability that holds up to hard use without changing the balance of your rifle.
That adjustable cheek rest is the star of the show. It brings your eye up to where it needs to be for red dots, LPVOs, and holographic sights mounted at height, which means faster target acquisition and less neck craning. This stock was designed with AK, VZ, and shotgun platforms in mind, where taller optic mounts are common, and the raised comb pairs naturally with those setups. The rubberized butt-pad grips the shoulder for quick, consistent shouldering, and the low-profile shape keeps things snag-free when you're moving through gear or a sling.
The stock ships with interchangeable buffer tube adapters, so it clamps down snug on both Mil-Spec and Commercial carbine tubes with minimal wobble. An inversed positioning lever keeps the stock from popping open on its own, and two integrated QD sling swivel sockets give you ambidextrous mounting points for a single or two-point sling.
One thing worth knowing if you're running this on an AR platform: when the stock is fully collapsed, the raised cheek rest can sit in the path of the charging handle. Plenty of folks run it just fine on the two rear-most positions, or simply pop the cheek rest off entirely and run it as a standard GL-CORE. On AK and VZ builds, none of that comes into play, and the CP really shines there.

Many people run it on the two rear-most notches without issue, or remove the cheek rest entirely to run it as a standard GL-CORE. On AK and VZ builds this is not a concern.

It really pays off on AK and VZ platforms where optic mounts tend to sit higher. You can fine-tune the height to get a clean, repeatable cheek weld behind your sight.
The stock has two integrated QD sling swivel sockets built into the body, one on each side. That gives you ambidextrous mounting points for a single-point or two-point QD sling, so you can set it up for however you carry.
