The Edgar Sherman Design ESD Sling earned its following the hard way, through real field use, hard testing, and a pile of feedback from folks who run rifles for a living. It is a two-point combat sling built to disappear when you do not need it and be right there when you do. This one comes in the Jungle Frogskin pattern with a matte finish, so it plays nice with a wide range of setups without drawing attention.

At just three ounces and running a 1-inch webbing width, the ESD Sling cuts friction way down compared to fatter slings. That narrower profile lets it slide across your body and your kit instead of catching on a plate carrier, chest rig, or a bulky hoodie. It works across pretty much anything you'd want to strap up, from carbines and sub-guns to shotguns, bolt guns, hunting rifles, and PDW platforms.

What Makes the ESD Sling Different

The standout is the integrated elastic regulator. Instead of just carrying that sling excess, the elastic keeps the webbing from twisting or jamming when you adjust, and the built-in pull tab lets you fold the whole thing up tight against the rifle for storage in a vehicle, bag, or case. When you need it, one pull deploys it back to full length. There are two adjustment sections too, a rear section with 20-plus inches of range to dial in the fit around your body and gear, and a quick-adjust up front to loosen or cinch on the move.

Fitting the ESD Sling to Your Rifle

The ends are open with an ITW tri-glide on each side, which means you pick your own attachment method, whether that is QD swivels, HK hooks, paracord guides, or something else. Mounting hardware is not included, so grab whatever matches your rifle's setup. It is made by hand in the USA and comes with plenty of extra webbing you can trim and stow once you get the length right.
