The Dead Air Sandman X is a hard-use suppressor designed for 7.62mm/.30-caliber platforms. It is built for semi-automatic and fully automatic rifles, and is engineered to balance sound reduction, low backpressure, and flash mitigation. The design uses additive manufacturing for an intricate baffle system and pairs with Dead Air’s KeyMo quick-detach interface for modular mounting options.

Standard configuration includes the DA438 KeyMo adapter and the DA116 5/8-24 KeyMicro 3-prong flash hider. The unit is finished in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) Cerakote with nitride on attachments for corrosion resistance under demanding use.
