Dead Air built the Lazarus 6 for rifles that get run hard, not babied. The core of the can is a Triskelion baffle stack printed from Haynes 282, a nickel-based superalloy borrowed from the jet engine world, which lets Dead Air create internal geometry a lathe simply can't cut. That patent-pending Triskelion Gas Management System is the headline here: it vents and redirects high-pressure gas to drop back pressure, which means less gas blowing back through your charging handle, less port pop, and less carbon chewing up your bolt carrier group. It also gives the can a noticeably deeper, more pleasant tone than a lot of traditional stacked-baffle designs.
This is the FDE KeyMo configuration, which means it arrives with the KeyMo HUB adapter installed and a DA115 KeyMicro 3-prong flash hider threaded 1/2-28. Pin the flash hider on your muzzle, and the suppressor snaps on and off in seconds with a solid lockup and repeatable point of impact. Since the body is standard HUB threaded at 1.375×24, you're not married to KeyMo either. Swap over to Dead Air's Xeno mount or a direct thread adapter down the road and run the same can across multiple rifles. Rated for 6mm ARC, 5.56 NATO, and .223, it covers everything from a precision ARC bolt gun to a short-barreled AR, with no barrel length restrictions and a full-auto rating to back it up.
At 6.4 inches long and 1.63 inches in diameter in the KeyMo configuration, the Lazarus 6 keeps a compact footprint that won't turn your carbine into a broomstick. An integrated thermal management design pulls heat away from the core and out to the tube, so the can cools faster between strings instead of cooking its guts. The FDE high-temp Cerakote finish shrugs off heat and abuse, and the nitride-treated adapter and mount hold up to the same treatment. A replaceable front cap compatible with Dead Air's R-Series caps rounds it out, giving you a serviceable, long-haul suppressor that earns its keep round after round.
The Lazarus 6 is rated for 6mm ARC, 5.56 NATO, and .223 Remington. With its .243 caliber bore, it also works on other rifles and large-format pistols up to 6mm. It carries a full-auto rating with no barrel length restrictions, so short-barreled builds are fair game.
Yes. The rear of the can uses the industry-standard HUB thread pattern of 1.375×24, so you can swap the included KeyMo adapter for Dead Air's Xeno mount or a direct thread adapter. Dead Air does note that some third-party HUB accessories may not fit, so sticking within their mount ecosystem is the safest bet.
That's the main point of the design. This FDE KeyMo package includes the DA115 KeyMicro 3-prong flash hider threaded 1/2-28, which fits most standard 5.56 and .223 barrels. The 3-prong design keeps flash down when you're shooting unsuppressed, and it serves as the quick-detach mounting point when the can goes on. If you have multiple rifles, extra KeyMo-compatible muzzle devices let you move the suppressor between them in seconds.
