The 3/4-24 thread pitch shows up on some serious hardware, think SR-25 pattern rifles and similar .30 caliber precision guns, and this little insert is how you get a HUB suppressor running on them without any extra muzzle hardware. The Dead Air HUB Direct Thread Mount LT303 threads into any suppressor with the industry-standard 1.375-24 HUB interface on one end and screws straight onto your 3/4-24 muzzle on the other. That covers the Nomad-30, Nomad L, Primal, Sierra-5, Lazarus-6, and Sandman-X from Dead Air, plus a long list of HUB and Bravo-pattern cans from other makers.
Direct thread mounting is the cleanest way to run a can on a dedicated host. There is no muzzle device to buy, no locking collar to fuss with, and less hardware between your barrel and your baffles, which usually means a more consistent point of impact. At 0.765 inches overall and 1.73 ounces, this mount tucks almost entirely inside the suppressor, so you are not adding meaningful length or weight to your setup. Dead Air machines it from 4140 heat-treated alloy steel and gives it a QPQ black nitride finish, so it shrugs off heat, carbon, and general range abuse without complaint.
Dead Air built in multiple tool interfaces here, including spanner wrench cuts that work with their TL tools and standard 3/4 inch wrench flats, so torquing it into the suppressor body or snugging the whole assembly onto the barrel is straightforward with tools you likely already own. Once it is seated in the can, mounting is as easy as spinning the suppressor onto clean, properly cut threads and giving it a firm snug. If you have a 3/4-24 barrel sitting around and a HUB can in the safe, this is the missing piece that puts them together.
Yes. The suppressor side uses the industry-standard 1.375-24 HUB thread, sometimes called a Bravo-style interface. That means it fits Dead Air cans like the Nomad-30, Primal, Sierra-5, Lazarus-6, and Sandman-X, plus HUB-compatible suppressors from a wide range of other manufacturers.
The 3/4-24 pitch is most common on SR-25 pattern precision rifles, including guns like the Knights Armament SR25, Mk11, and M110, along with other .30 caliber barrels cut with that thread. If your barrel is threaded 3/4-24, this is the correct mount to run a HUB suppressor on it.

It is. The LT303 is machined from heat-treated 4140 alloy steel and coated in QPQ black nitride, a finish known for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Current production moved from the older blackened titanium KA-303 to nitrided steel, which holds up very well to heat and repeated mounting cycles.
