Where the MFR QD Sling Mount Earns Its Keep

This is a limited-rotation mount, which means your sling can move enough to stay comfortable while still keeping the swivel oriented the way it should be. You can install it at the designated front and rear points on either side of the rail, so lefties and righties get the same clean setup. That ambidextrous flexibility is a big deal if you swap shooting positions or shoulders often, and it keeps the sling tangle-free when you're transitioning the rifle.

Built Tough: Steel and Phosphate on the MFR Sling Mount

Daniel Defense went with steel construction here instead of aluminum, then finished it with a heavy manganese phosphate coating for corrosion resistance. One thing worth flagging before you order: this mount is designed around the Daniel Defense MFR rail, the Omega rail, and the DELTA 5 stock. It won't fit the MFR XL rail, the DD5 rail, or other brands' M-LOK systems, so double-check what rail you're running before you add it to the cart.
