The Cross Armory CRP800KBK is a simple way to give your P80 Gen1-3 build a real functional bump without diving into a big gunsmithing project. It bundles three drop-in parts that work together: a dimpled pin set, an extended slide lock, and an extended magazine catch, all finished in a clean matte black that blends right in with most builds.
The standout feature for anyone who has ever chewed up a frame during takedown is the dimpled pins. They are CNC machined from 4140 ordnance steel and surface treated for corrosion resistance, and the dimples are shaped to catch the head of your punch or takedown tool. That little detail keeps the punch from slipping and marring your polymer frame, which is a common headache with flat factory pins.
The extended slide lock also machined from 4140 steel makes pulling the slide for cleaning and maintenance a whole lot easier, especially if you have larger hands or work on your gun a lot. The extended magazine catch is cut from 7075-T6 billet aluminum with a smooth ramp and a longer release pad, so mag changes come quicker and take less thumb effort. Cross Armory tuned the length so you get the reach benefit without the bar hanging up on your clothing or gear.
This kit is built for P80 Gen1-3 frames and drops into the standard V2 and compact C models. It does not fit the SS (subcompact) frames, so double-check which frame you are running before ordering. Install is quick with basic P80 know-how and a punch, and none of these parts interfere with common holsters.
