If you want the stability of a precision rifle stock but still need something that collapses out of the way, the B5 Systems Collapsible Precision Stock (CPS) hits that sweet spot. It builds on the same cheek profile B5 nailed with their SOPMOD and Bravo stocks, then adds real adjustability on top. The medium length is the one you want for a standard AR-15, since the cheekpiece sits far enough back to clear the M4 charging handle even when the stock is fully collapsed.
The adjustable cheekweld and buttpad ride on precision dials, so you can fine-tune the exact height that lines your eye up behind your optic. That kind of repeatable cheek weld is what separates a stock you fight against from one that just disappears when you shoulder the rifle. There are also mounting slots for an accessory cheekpiece if you run a taller scope setup and need more elevation.
This stock fits mil-spec carbine receiver extensions (M4/A5/M110K), and a set of internal tensioners keeps it locked down tight to the buffer tube with no wobble or rattle. Length of pull adjusts with a pull-down lever that has a lockout feature, so it stays put once you set it. The non-slip cushioned buttpad keeps it planted on your shoulder, and it all mounts up with color-matched steel hardware.
