No, this model (340.160) is chambered for .22 LR only. Chiappa does make a dual cylinder version, the 340.160D, which ships with interchangeable cylinders for both .22 LR and .22 WMR. If you want to run both cartridges, that is the one to look for.

Rounds go in one at a time through the loading gate on the right side of the frame, and spent cases are pushed out with the ejector rod under the barrel. The upside here is the 10-round cylinder, so you get roughly twice the shooting between reloads compared to a standard sixgun.
