It uses a single-selective trigger, so one trigger fires both barrels and you can choose which barrel fires first. The reset is mechanical rather than inertia driven, which means the second barrel will fire reliably even with very light target loads.
This model uses an extractor. When you break the action open, the spent hulls lift partway out of the chambers so you can pull them free by hand. Extractors keep the design simple and let you keep your empties without chasing them on the ground.
