The Champion B27FSA is the classic full-size police silhouette you've probably shot at some point on a qualification course. It measures a full 24 by 45 inches, printed on paper with sharp, high-definition graphics and the standard LE scoring rings so you can call shots the same way departments do. The green background is the real draw here, since it throws your bullet holes into obvious relief and takes the guesswork out of scoring from the firing line.
This one covers a lot of ground. It's built for law enforcement qualification, but it works just as well for personal defense practice, sight-in work, and general handgun or carbine training. The printed scoring rings and body-scoring zones let you track group tightness and shot placement over a session, and there's a scoring table right on the sheet for logging performance and round counts if you like keeping records. At 24 by 45 inches it represents a realistic torso-and-head profile, which is exactly what you want when you're rehearsing defensive drills at typical range distances.
Buying in bulk is the smart play with a target you'll burn through fast. One hundred sheets per pack means a group of shooters or a training class can go through a full day without running dry, and the per-target cost drops compared to grabbing them a few at a time. The paper stock is on the lighter side, so if you're hanging these on an open frame in wind, a strip of stiff cardboard or a backer behind the sheet keeps them flat and tension-free.
One thing worth knowing: these are the green-background version specifically, printed for fast visual feedback rather than the plain black outline you sometimes see. If you or your range have been shooting the standard B27 and want something that reads quicker downrange, the FSA green is a solid upgrade that still keeps the familiar scoring layout intact.
Each B27FSA target measures 24 inches wide by 45 inches tall, giving you a full-size torso-and-head profile. That's the standard dimension used for law enforcement qualification, so it matches most departmental course setups. It fits standard target frames and backers found at most ranges.
The FSA version uses a high-contrast green background instead of a plain black outline. That green makes bullet holes stand out clearly, so you can read shot placement faster from the firing line. The scoring rings and body zones stay the same as the familiar B27 layout.
It works great for both. While it's built for LE qualification, plenty of people use it for home defense drills, sight-in work, and general handgun or rifle training. The realistic silhouette and printed scoring zones make it a useful tool for anyone rehearsing defensive shooting.
The paper stock is on the lighter side, which is normal for high-volume training targets. If you're shooting in wind or hanging them on an open frame, backing them with a strip of stiff cardboard keeps them flat and stops them from sagging. On an enclosed indoor range they hang just fine on their own.
