The Bushmaster M4 Patrolman’s Flat Top MOE is a ready-to-use AR-style sporting rifle configured for common centerfire cartridges. It ships with Magpul MOE furniture, a Magpul PMAG 30, and flip-up rear sight, and is built on forged 7075 aluminum receivers with an A2 birdcage-style muzzle device. The carbine-length gas system and 1:7 twist rate support a broad range of factory loads suited to target work and general-purpose use.
Its combination of forged receivers, Magpul ergonomics, and a 16″ barrel make this Patrolman’s configuration practical for range use, training, and general sporting applications. The flat-top upper accepts modern optics and accessories while the included PMAG and adjustable stock provide familiar, user-friendly handling straight from the box.
