If you plan to stretch things out to 500 to 1000 yards, the 20 MOA version gives your scope more elevation to work with. For general-purpose use, 0 MOA keeps your optic centered in its adjustment range.
The slots are cut to the MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny standard, so any quality Picatinny or Weaver scope rings will clamp right on.
