The Borka BTK-E1 is what you reach for when you're tired of guessing on torque and tired of fighting bits that won't clear a stock channel or an action screw buried deep in a chassis. It builds on Borka's Standard Configuration by adding three purpose-built extended-length pieces, giving you the reach to get into spots a normal bit and handle simply can't. At the heart of it sits the BTD1070-IP adjustable torque driver, made in the USA by Pro-Shot and calibrated to plus or minus 4 percent, so every screw gets the same consistent, repeatable pull.
The three added components are the whole point of the Extended Configuration. You get a 5/32 inch ball-end hex bit at 4 inches long, ideal for deep action screws like the Ruger 10/22 V-block clamp screws, and a 3/16 inch ball-end hex 4 inch bit that doubles as a universal AICS bit for Accuracy International Chassis Systems in both Gen 1 and Gen 2 setups. Rounding it out is a slim 4 inch bit extension with a 0.4 inch max outer diameter that slides into tight channels without hanging up. Those extended bits are cut from premium S2 tool steel, hardened to HRc 58 to 60, with ball-end tips that let you work at an angle without stripping anything.
The torque driver adjusts from 10 to 70 inch-pounds in 1 inch-pound increments, using two separate scales for finer resolution on the low and high ends. That range covers just about everything from delicate optic ring screws to snug action bedding work. Pair it with the 29-piece chrome-plated bit set covering hex, metric hex, slotted, Torx, and Phillips, plus the ratchet handle, adapters, and square-drive extensions, and you've got a genuinely complete field and bench kit.
