It's about as simple as gear gets: a molded plastic backer and two heavy-duty elastic loops that hold most NATO-style tourniquets snug against your rig. The loops are 1-inch military-grade elastic reinforced with TEX 70 bonded nylon, so they keep their grip after plenty of handling.
The elastic will take a C-A-T, SOF-T, and other similar-sized combat tourniquets. If you're running a smaller TQ or want to stash a set of flex cuffs instead, the loops flex to handle those too. Just note this is the holder only, so your tourniquet is sold separately.
Installing it takes seconds. The hard backer slips behind three vertical rows of MOLLE while the elastic bands sit out front, which means it works on plate carriers, chest rigs, war belts, and duty belts alike. It also mounts cleanly on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! MEDIUM or on either side of the Admin Pouch, so you can build out a tidy integrated med setup without adding bulk.
