This is a factory Bersa 10-round magazine made for the full-size Thunder 9 High Capacity, better known as the Thunder 9 Pro and the newer TPR9. It's the real deal from Bersa, not an aftermarket copy, so it fits and functions exactly the way the magazine that came with your pistol does. If you've been running your Bersa on a single mag or you want a lower-count option for the range, this is the straightforward answer.
The body is steel, the follower is steel, and the baseplate is polymer. That combination is what you want in a defensive or everyday magazine because steel followers hold up over years of loading and unloading without wearing down or cracking. Bersa builds these to the same specs and tolerances as the original, which is the whole point of buying factory. You skip the guesswork on feed lip fit and spring tension that sometimes comes with cheaper aftermarket mags.
This one is sized for the full-size guns. It's confirmed to fit the Thunder 9 Pro and the TPR9, which share the same magazine. Keep in mind it's a different magazine than the Ultra Compact and TPR9C mags, so this is specifically for the full-frame pistols. It will physically fit and function in an Ultra Compact but it won't sit flush, so it's not the ideal match for those smaller guns.
A quick heads up that applies to any new Bersa magazine: fresh springs are stiff. Those last couple of rounds can be a fight to seat until the spring breaks in, which usually happens after a few loading cycles or a range trip or two. That's normal and not a sign of anything wrong. Grab a couple of these to round out your kit and keep a spare in your bag.
It's made for the full-size Bersa Thunder 9 Pro and the TPR9, which use the same magazine. It is not the correct fit for the Ultra Compact or TPR9C, since those smaller guns take a different mag.
