This is a complete BCM lower receiver group that takes most of the guesswork out of an AR-15 build. Bravo Company assembles it from a forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver with a Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized finish, then fills it out with the same fire control parts and hardware you'd find on their full-price rifles. The "blem" tag just means there's a minor cosmetic mark somewhere on the surface, so the function and internals are all standard BCM. Caliber is marked Multi, so it plays nice with everything from 5.56 to a 9mm pistol-caliber build.
Bravo Company doesn't cut corners on the small stuff, and that's where this lower earns its keep. It ships with the BCM PNT trigger, which wears a polished nickel Teflon coating and is un-notched so it works with 9mm setups. You also get the BCM enhanced trigger guard for a little extra room with gloves, a staked M4 lock nut, a Mil-Spec receiver extension, a QD sling mount end plate, and a USGI H buffer with the tungsten and steel weight combo. There's a low shelf machined in for Accuwedge use, and the fire controls are marked SAFE and SEMI.
The standout here is the BCM Stock Mod 3, a refinement of the classic M4 pattern that's been trimmed down to around 6.4 ounces with a double-walled H-Beam construction for strength. It runs a removable diamond-textured non-slip buttpad, non-slip side panels for supported positions, and both horizontal and vertical sling slots that also accept BCM's QD sling mount. Pair that with the textured Mod 3 pistol grip and you've got a lower that's ready to run right out of the box.
Add a stripped or complete upper and a magazine and this becomes a working rifle. It's a smart starting point for a defense, training, or range gun where you want dependable parts without sorting through a bin of loose components.
Blem is short for factory cosmetic blemish, meaning there's a small mark on the finish somewhere on the receiver or components. It has no effect on function, fit, or the internals, which are the same standard BCM parts. Think of it as a way to get a proven lower without paying for a spotless exterior.
Yes, you'll need to add an upper receiver assembly and a magazine to have a functioning rifle. The lower already comes fully assembled with the trigger group, stock, grip, buffer, and receiver extension installed. That covers everything below the takedown pins, so it's just a matter of mating it to a complete upper.
The Mod 3 is BCM's refined take on the M4 pattern, trimmed to roughly 6.4 ounces with double-walled H-Beam construction for durability. It adds a removable diamond-textured non-slip buttpad, side grip panels, and both horizontal and vertical sling slots that accept a QD mount. It's also compatible with the optional M3 marksman risers if you want a higher cheek weld for optics.
The receiver is marked Multi and the PNT trigger is un-notched, so it's compatible with 9mm and other AR-pattern calibers in addition to 5.56 and .223. As long as your upper and magazine match the caliber you want to run, this lower will accommodate the build.
