The Arisaka Defense 18650 Series Light Body is a replacement body built for folks running a Surefire Scout M600DF (and the M640DF/M640DFT Turbo) who want a cleaner setup than the factory light gives you. Arisaka machined it without the stock Picatinny clamp interface, which is the whole point here. That extra material getting shaved off means you finally get clearance for your front sight when the light sits up against the rail.
This body really shines when paired with the Arisaka Inline Scout Mount on handguards that have those 45 degree surfaces running right alongside the top Picatinny rail. Instead of the light head crowding your iron sight, everything lines up clean. It's a simple swap that solves a problem plenty of people don't realize they have until they mount a co-witnessed setup and see the light poking into the sight picture.
It's CNC machined from 6061-T651 aluminum and finished with a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize in black, so it wears in right next to the rest of your Scout components. The underside keeps the mounting holes and square lug interface, meaning it drops into any aftermarket Scout mount without drama. On the compatibility side, it runs Surefire M600DF, M640DF, and M640DFT Turbo heads, along with Malkoff E2XTL and Modlite OKW and PLHv2 heads. Tailcaps work too, including the Arisaka Momentary, Unity Gascap, Surefire UE, DS, and Z68 Clicky. Power comes from a single 18650 cell or two CR123A batteries.

It's designed around a single 18650 rechargeable cell, which is where the name comes from. It'll also run on two CR123A batteries if you'd rather stick with disposables, though output and run time are a bit lower on CR123As with dual fuel heads.
