What the Field Survivor Grip Core Packs Inside

Inside the core you'll find a flat blade screwdriver, feed lip adjustment tool, gas key cleaning tool, cotter pin hook, strike plate, broken shell extractor, wire bore brush, a small ampule of oil, and a pull-through cable, along with a carbon scraping tool and magazine assist tool. That's a real toolkit packed into a space most people treat as dead air. It's the kind of thing that sits there unnoticed for months until the one day you actually need to punch out a broken shell or snug up a loose gas key, and suddenly you're glad it's there.

How the Grip Core Locks In

Samson uses a simple twist-and-lock mechanism to seat the tool inside the grip. You insert it, give it a turn, and it stays secured until you twist it back out. No rattling around, no loose parts bouncing inside your grip while you're moving.

A couple things worth knowing before you order. This version is built specifically for Magpul MIAD and MOE grips, and it is not compatible with the newer MOE+ grip, so double check which grip you're running before picking one up. The grip itself and the mounting base are sold separately since this listing is just the tool core. Some users have found the fit can run a little snug depending on which mounting bolt is used, so using the bolt that ships with your Magpul grip tends to give the smoothest fit.
