The AmeriGlo GL811 is a 3XL tall sight set built to solve a common problem for anyone running a red dot on a Glock MOS slide: you need iron sights tall enough to line up through the optic window or clear a suppressor. This set delivers exactly that with a green tritium front sight wrapped in a black outline and a flat black rear, giving you a reliable backup that also works as a lower-third co-witness reference. The front sight measures roughly .365 inches tall and the rear comes in around .451 inches, which is the height sweet spot for red dot co-witnessing and suppressor clearance. The green tritium up front stays lit around the clock without any charging or batteries, and the black outline gives you daylight contrast so you can pick it up fast in good light too. The blacked-out rear keeps your eye pulled toward that front dot instead of competing with extra glowing points, which is exactly what you want when you're shooting a dot.
The GL811 fits Glock MOS slides across Gen 1 through Gen 5, covering popular models like the 17, 19, 34, 45 and more. The two models it won't work with are the 42 and 43. These are designed to co-witness with common optic footprints including the Trijicon RMR and SRO, Holosun 407/507/508T, and EOTech EFLX. Keep in mind that on a factory MOS slide the co-witness sits fairly low in the window, which is normal for this style of setup.
Installation is straightforward with the right tools. A sight pusher handles the rear and a front sight tool takes care of the front post. If you're not comfortable pressing your own sights, any gunsmith can knock this out in a few minutes, and going that route guarantees everything lands dead center.

It fits Glock MOS slides in Gen 1 through Gen 5, including models like the 17, 19, 34, and 45. The two exceptions are the Glock 42 and 43, which use a different sight cut. If you're running a standard dovetail on a supported model, these will drop right in.
