The Aim Sports AOPS01T is a single-point bungee sling built for AR-15s and similar tactical rifles that spend more time moving than resting on a rack. The whole idea behind a one-point setup is freedom of movement, and this one delivers by attaching at a single spot near the rear of the receiver so the rifle stays right at your front while you transition, climb, or shift between hands. The high-density elastic webbing has enough give to let the gun hang out of the way when you let go, then pulls it right back into a firing position when you grab it.
The stretch is the star here. Because the webbing flexes, you get controlled give during dynamic movement instead of a rigid strap yanking against your shoulder. That makes it a natural fit for shooters who like to run drills, work close-quarters style transitions, or just want their rifle to sit comfortably slung across the chest between strings. Swapping the gun from your dominant to your support shoulder is about as painless as it gets with a single-point design.
The sling measures 26 inches with a 1.25-inch width, and it's fully adjustable so you can dial in the ride height and slack to your body and gear. It weighs in around 7.1 ounces, so it won't add noticeable bulk to your build. Aim Sports tested the elastic material to hold up to 250 pounds, which is plenty of margin for any standard carbine. The tan finish is a clean match for FDE furniture and coyote-colored builds if you're trying to keep everything coordinated.
A quick note on attachment: this sling relies on a rear receiver end plate with either a slot or a mounting hole. The slot style takes the strap directly, while the hole style works with a spring clip or QD swivel. Aim Sports offers this same sling in black and green if tan isn't your color.
