These are CNC machined and finished with black oxide, which does two jobs at once. It fends off corrosion so the spikes hold up to weather and rough handling, and it keeps the finish dark and low-reflective so you're not flashing shine downrange. The set uses steel hardware paired with an aluminum alloy body, and each foot tips the scale at just 1.7 ounces, so you're adding real grip without weighing the front of your rifle down.

One thing worth nailing down before you order: these are G1 spikes. They fit the SR-5, SR-5 QD, BR-4, BR-4 QD, and FC-5 QD bipods, and they were formerly sold under the SR-5/BR-4 Spikes name. They will not fit any G2 bipods, so double check which generation you're running. Get the right set and you've got a durable, no-nonsense traction upgrade that'll outlast a lot of the rifle it's bolted to.
