The bolt itself is machined from Carpenter Technology No. 158 alloy, heat-treated to military specifications, shot-peened, and vibratory tumbled. No, this is the bolt assembly only, not a complete bolt carrier group. It includes the bolt, extractor, ejector, and gas rings fully assembled and ready to install. You will need a Mil-Spec AR-15 carrier for it to drop into. If you want the complete package, SOLGW also sells a full BCG under a different part number.
