The name is literal. This holster works in four positions: vertical cant OWB on the hip, horizontal cant for small-of-back carry, cross-draw on your support side, and inside-the-waistband when you want to tuck it away. The vertical hip ride feels the most natural to draw from and hides well under a jacket or hoodie. Horizontal small-of-back is easy to conceal while standing or walking, and the cross-draw position shines when you're seated in a vehicle or at a desk. Swapping between them is a matter of moving the clip and repositioning on your belt.
1791 builds these from 100% certified American heavy native steerhide with a hand-molded exterior, so the fit tightens up around your specific pistol as it breaks in. The leather is reinforced and double-stitched, and it rides on a sturdy American-made steel belt clip that's beveled for comfort and solid retention.
