The RXD 22Ti came out of the collaboration between Dead Air and Ruger, and it's clear from the start this wasn't a quick rebadge job. It's a ground-up rimfire can built around a 6AL4V titanium tube and a 3D-printed, PVD-coated Triskelion core that comes out as one piece. At 5.6 inches long, 1.1 inches in diameter, and 5.6 ounces with the mount installed (4.6 ounces bare), it won't turn your Mark IV into a nose-heavy chore or make a 10/22 feel awkward off the bench.
Anyone who's scraped lead out of a rimfire suppressor knows the pain, and this is where the RXD 22Ti earns its keep. The included XRF Xeno Rimfire muzzle brake is designed to capture lead and carbon at the mount before it migrates into the core. When it is time to clean, the single-piece Triskelion core pulls out as one unit with common off-the-shelf tools, no proprietary wrenches and no baffle stack to reassemble in the right order. That's a real quality-of-life upgrade over traditional stacked-baffle designs.
This can is rated for .22 LR, .22 Mag, .17 HMR, .17 WSM, and 5.7×28 with no barrel length restrictions and an 850 ft-lb energy ceiling. It's full-auto rated on .22 LR, while the hotter magnums run semi-auto only. The XRF brake works with both 1/2×28 and M10x1 threads, so moving between a Ruger 10/22, a Mark IV, an American Rimfire, or just about any threaded rimfire host is quick and painless.
Sound-wise, the RXD 22Ti carries the low tonal signature the Triskelion family is known for, with strong muzzle reduction and reduced ejection port pop even on high-velocity ammo. The reduced backpressure design keeps things cleaner at the action too. Finished in black High-Temp Cerakote with a nitrided stainless mount and front cap, it's built to take years of range abuse and look good doing it. It even picked up a Ballistic's Best 2025 award along the way.

Absolutely. While it was developed through the Dead Air and Ruger partnership, the included brake fits both 1/2×28 and M10x1 muzzle threads, so it works on essentially any threaded rimfire host. The 10/22, Mark IV, and American Rimfire are natural pairings, but it's just as home on other brands.
