Your Canik shoots great, but the factory sights leave something on the table once the sun goes down. The XS R3D Night Sights fix that with a bright, high-contrast setup built to drive your focus to the front sight when it counts. You get a classic 3-dot tritium picture, but with a twist that makes a real difference in the field: the front sight is designed to glow brighter than the rear, so your eye lands where it should without any second-guessing.
The orange front sight wears XS Sights' Ember Glow Dot, a photoluminescent ring that soaks up ambient light and keeps glowing when things get dim. Paired with a green tritium vial that charges that Glow Dot slightly, the front post stays noticeably brighter than the two rear tritium vials. That contrast means you're far less likely to mix up your front and rear dots under stress or in low light. Orange contrasts best in bright daylight while still holding its own after dark, which makes this a solid all-around pick.
These sights are CNC machined from solid steel bar stock at the XS shop in Fort Worth, Texas, so they're made to take a beating. The front blade runs 0.145 inches wide and the rear notch opens up to 0.170 inches, giving you extra daylight around the front post for faster alignment. The tritium is warranted to glow for twelve years, so you're set for the long haul.
This set is cut for the Canik TP9SF, TP9SFX, TP9SF Elite, TP9 Elite SC, and current-production TP9SA. Note that they are not made for the Mete SF or the SFx Rival series. Installation is straightforward with a sight pusher tool or a hammer and brass punch, and XS posts written instructions and a video if you want to tackle it yourself. If you'd rather leave it to a pro, any gunsmith can drop these in quickly.
This set is cut for the Canik TP9SF, TP9SFX, TP9SF Elite, TP9 Elite SC, and current-production TP9SA. They are not designed for the Mete SF or the SFx Rival series. If you have one of the listed TP9 models, you're good to go.

Factory sights can be seated tight, so a little patience helps, and a light fitting pass may be needed depending on your slide's tolerances. If you'd rather not do it yourself, any gunsmith can knock it out quickly.
XS designs the R3D so the front tritium vial glows brighter than the two rear vials, and it slightly charges the orange Ember Glow Dot. This keeps your focus pulled downrange to the front sight and makes it much harder to confuse the front and rear dots in low light. It's a small design choice that pays off big when the light gets bad.
