Part number 009849 is made for the Winchester 94 Legacy with the tang safety, which covers the post-64 Model 94 variants that have the safety on the tang. It's matched to that action specifically, so double-check your rifle has the tang safety before ordering. If you have an older pre-safety 94, you'll want a different Marble base.
The screws are not included with this sight. Marble makes a dedicated mounting screw set for this model, part number 995009, which is sold separately. If your tang isn't already drilled and tapped, you'll want that set to complete the install.
