The accessory rail runs along the dust cover, giving you options for optics or tactical lights on compact-length slides. It fits 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 SIG—not .45 ACP.

Yes, the Carry II is specifically designed to accept 17-round P320 magazines flush. This module pairs a short X-Compact/Subcompact-length dust cover with a full-size grip profile, giving you maximum capacity without any magazine extension protruding from the bottom.
The Carry II works best with X-Compact and Subcompact-length slides (3.6-inch barrels) since it was designed around that platform. Compact or Carry slides will extend slightly past the accessory rail. Full-size slides will extend significantly, which isn't recommended for optimal proportions and handling.
The module ships with the factory SIG-SAUER magazine release spring and lock. You don't get magazines or additional accessories—just the grip itself. Installation requires moving your fire control unit and slide assembly from your existing grip into the Wilson Combat module.
While Wilson Combat recommends professional gunsmith installation, the swap is straightforward enough for users comfortable with basic P320 disassembly. You need to remove your takedown lever, lift out the fire control unit, and transfer it to the new module. A bench and maybe 10 minutes of time is all that's needed.
