The bolt is precision machined from aerospace-grade 9310 tool steel and shot peened for extra strength, then Magnetic Particle Inspected and randomly batch high-pressure tested so weak parts never make it out the door. The carrier is 8620 hardened steel cut in the full-auto M16 profile, which adds a touch of mass to keep cyclic timing steady on carbine-length and suppressed setups. The gas key is machined right, torqued down with Grade 8 fasteners, and staked properly during final inspection, which is exactly where a lot of budget carriers fall short.
