The 22-inch barrel is Wilson Combat's own 416R stainless, button rifled, honed, and double stress relieved, with a 1-in-8 twist that stabilizes the long, high-BC bullets 6.5 Creedmoor is known for. The extra two inches over the 20-inch version squeezes more velocity out of the cartridge for longer pokes across canyons and bean fields. The muzzle comes threaded 5/8×24 with a protector installed, so adding a suppressor or brake takes about a minute. The receiver is machined and EDM cut from 4140 bar stock, and the Timney Elite Hunter trigger breaks clean in the 2.75 to 3.25 pound range right out of the box. No gritty factory trigger to work around here.
The AG Composites carbon fiber stock wears the Canyon Rogue Armor-Tuff finish, a warm earth-tone camo pattern that looks right at home in the high desert and broken country.
